Job Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Investor Relations who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with analysts, investors, and other stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires the development of a strong investor relations strategy, compelling communication skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships within the equity research and investor community.

Responsibilities:

• Build investor confidence and support for the company’s vision and strategy to drive shareholder value • Stay updated on emerging technology and crypto markets, and identify relevant trends and opportunities • Collaborate with the CEO and Co-founders to structure financing rounds • Develop a comprehensive investor relations framework and strategy • Foster strong communication and relationships between internal and external parties to maintain a positive reputation • Manage relationships with equity research analysts and investors • Provide market insights and analysis to the leadership team • Evaluate and present financial trends, competitor behavior, and other factors impacting the business • Oversee and manage quarterly earnings reports and conference calls • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through collaboration with legal counsel

Qualifications:

• Experienced professional with a proven track record of generating business results and leading teams • A balance of corporate and entrepreneurial mindset, with a forward-thinking approach • Excellent collaboration, communication, leadership, and visionary skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting • MBA or FMVA certification is a plus • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, with a strong network within the investor community and equity research analysts • Strong understanding of venture capital and crypto deal terms • In-depth knowledge of crypto and blockchain technologies • Familiarity with capital markets and key metrics relevant to the industry • Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and valuation methods • Strong understanding of macroeconomics, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior • Client-focused and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and impactful messages for employees and investors
