HR Administrator at Token Metrics
Token Metrics is currently seeking an experienced and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our people operations and maintaining our unique company culture. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries from both employees and external partners.
Your main responsibilities will include organizing and managing personnel records, updating HR documents, and maintaining our internal databases. The ideal candidate for this role is extremely organized, well-versed in HR procedures, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks with efficiency. Additionally, we are looking for a problem solver with great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR department effectively supports our employees while adhering to labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize personnel records, including entering new hire information and updating employee data.
- Prepare various HR documents, such as new hire guides, employment contracts, and compensation lists.
- Revise company policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinating with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates.
- Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with onboarding activities.
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments through continuous learning.
- Arrange travel arrangements and process expense forms.
- Participate in HR projects, such as organizing job fair events.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience (1-2 years) as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
- Proficient in basic computer programs, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for managing daily administrative tasks.
- Effective communication skills through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
