The Operation Specialist role focuses on providing comprehensive HR services throughout employees' tenure within the company. Collaborating closely with the Global & Regional HR Shared Service Centre, this position supports HR operations in various countries. The individual will aid in implementing HR initiatives by fostering strong collaboration with department and country HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer all workforce processes such as onboarding, probation management, document management, and more in adherence to SLA
  • Serve as tier 1 support for employee inquiries and maintain a knowledge database
  • Handle tasks related to employee timesheets, leave administration, and data collection for payroll processing
  • Manage enrolment and termination for commercial insurance
  • Assist with international assignments or relocations, working with the Global Mobility team on visa/immigration services, employee support, and repatriation
  • Maintain HR data within systems to generate function data reports
  • Monitor service quality to meet employee needs and compliance with labor laws
  • Enhance and optimize administration processes, systems, and tools

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Possess 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or Shared Services, with a preference for experience in large multinational corporations or rapid-growth tech companies
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Embrace change, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks
