Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for designated institutional and corporate fiat clients. Oversee daily operational services for high-value institutional users concerning fiat deposits and withdrawals. Assist clients through onboarding activation, payment operations, and continual account management. Identify and address client operational requirements, striving to enhance user experience and increase the adoption of fiat products. Manage operational issues and client inquiries effectively while maintaining professional client interactions. Coordinate operational escalations and client requests across internal teams and banking partners related to payments, settlements, onboarding, and RFI. Collaborate closely with VIP, Business Development, Product, Clearing, Compliance, and Banking Partnership teams to provide operational support and drive strategic initiatives for clients. Ensure end-to-end management of issues with a proactive and communicative approach throughout the resolution process and client servicing operations. Assist in implementing strategic fiat solutions and banking channels, supporting their adoption and operational implementation. Identify opportunities for operational and process enhancements by addressing recurring client pain points.
Requirements
Possess at least 3 years of experience in institutional operations, customer success, fintech operations, banking operations, or account servicing. Demonstrate a strong understanding of fiat payment operations, institutional client support, or banking workflows. Experience in handling high-value clients or institutional relationships within dynamic environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage operational escalations and coordinate activities among different teams effectively. Display a strong sense of ownership in issue management with the capability to handle situations independently, ensuring high client experience standards are maintained. Preferably, experience in the crypto, fintech, payments, or institutional banking sectors. Knowledge of institutional trading, over-the-counter (OTC) trading, or fiat on/off ramp operations is a bonus.
