Description

The institutional sales team offers the opportunity to take ownership and develop a portfolio of institutional and high-net worth clients. Join us on an exciting journey from onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, to creating customized crypto products that are unique to each client. As a member of our operations team, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, working with sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to help expand our growing infrastructure.

  • Take ownership and lead the identification and pitching of institutional leads, celebrating successes ranging from client onboarding to customizing innovative crypto products.
  • Craft and tailor products to meet the specific needs of institutional clients, showcasing your creativity and expertise in bringing traditional financial services to the crypto space.

What a day on the job could look like:

  • Identifying and contacting potential institutional clients.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending relevant crypto products.
  • Representing the company at conferences and engaging with institutional players to increase awareness of our institutional products and services.
  • Expanding our institutional presence through community outreach activities and attending crypto community gatherings.
  • Researching and analyzing market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
  • Drafting and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
  • Proposing new institutional offerings.
  • Maintaining regular contact with institutional clients, gathering feedback and making product improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services sales, such as sales trading, OTC sales, FX sales, ETFs, liquidity pools, CFDs, or prime brokerage services.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the cryptocurrency industry and a strong network of clients.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
  • Demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
  • Excellent command of written and oral English, with strong writing and presentation skills.

Conduct product demos at events, and share feedback and insights back with the Brave marketing team

Share specific sign-up links to drive Brave downloads and usage at your school
