Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate a client base of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high net-worth individuals
- Strengthen client relationships, understand their needs, and communicate requirements effectively
- Drive enhancements and improvements in the VIP team's offerings
- Contribute to optimizing customer service and team management processes
- Engage in regional analysis and collaborate with local teams to identify business opportunities in coverage markets
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of work experience in sales and client services within the financial or fintech sector
- Proficiency in financial products, with knowledge of derivatives being advantageous
- Experience with trading platforms and comprehension of market dynamics is beneficial
- Existing client network, especially institutional clients and high net-worth individuals, is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, self-driven environment, adaptable to changing team priorities
- Established relationships within the crypto community is a plus
- Fluent in English and Korean for liaising with overseas partners
