IT Support Engineer

Our Chief Information Security Officer directly reports to the CEO, emphasizing our strong commitment to security. Responsibilities:
- Assist in security administration tasks such as user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention, and asset management.
- Design and implement access control workflows.
- Manage internal user inquiries and SLAs.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and configure laptops and user accounts.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in IT operations, with Helpdesk Service experience as a plus.
- Advantageous to have IT certifications and a minimum of 3 years of IT experience.
- Experience with Identity Management Services, cloud computing, productivity tools, and basic Windows and iOS knowledge.
- Familiarity with Physical Office setup is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and/or Korean is beneficial.
