Position Summary
Keyfactor is growing and seeking a proactive, professional, and results-driven Junior Account Executive (Jr AE) to join our team. The Jr AE is pivotal in fueling the growth of our enterprise sales segment. Responsibilities include ensuring a steady flow of qualified top-of-funnel opportunities for Enterprise Sales Directors by applying an Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy. Collaborating closely with the marketing department, the Jr AE will support the success of campaigns within designated territories, promptly following up on viable inbound leads. The ideal candidate is dynamic, proactive, and eager to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
Expectations for this role include working three out of five days a week in our Paris office (hybrid model). Applicants must be French citizens or have the right to work in France.
Requirements
- Generating and maintaining a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline to provide a constant stream of qualified opportunities for Sales Directors
- Employing an Account-Based Experience strategy to personalize interactions and engagements with targeted accounts for better lead quality and conversion rates
- Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness within assigned territories
- Swiftly following up on actionable inbound leads to avoid missing any opportunities
- Demonstrating initiative, innovation, and drive to achieve and surpass sales targets
- Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders in targeted accounts by leveraging insights for personalized communications
- Supporting in executing and refining marketing campaigns by providing field feedback to improve targeting strategies
- Conducting initial lead qualification to assess their suitability and potential value before passing them on to Sales Directors
- Managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems diligently by updating them with accurate and timely lead data
- Collecting and reporting market insights on trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to guide sales and marketing tactics
- Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams for a unified approach to market penetration and customer interaction
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in developing IT sales opportunities within mid-market and enterprise clients or relevant work experience
- Effective time management and sales skills
- Familiarity with SalesForce, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft preferred
- Currently employed in an inside or outside technology sales role with an Independent Software Vendor, Value Added Reseller, or Systems Integrator; or aspiring to transition into a Sales career
- Proficiency in written and verbal French and English
Compensation
Remuneration will be based on experience.
