• Expanding the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, and influencers.
• Conducting negotiations, managing onboarding processes, and handling necessary paperwork.
• Maintaining relationships with key affiliates by providing regular communication, analyzing performance, and suggesting improvements.
• Designing and implementing promotional campaigns focused on maximizing return on investment.
• Generating reports using internal data and optimizing overall performance of the affiliate channel.
• Monitoring competitors and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Identifying and preventing fraud, detecting new scam schemes, and addressing partner manipulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in overseeing large affiliate programs, preferably in fintech and specifically in the crypto sector.
• Background in business development is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
