Key Responsibilities:

- Expense Management: Verify expenses and organize relevant receipts accordingly.

- Address ad hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work during Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT) hours.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Maintain a positive and calm demeanor in all situations.
