Junior Executive Assistant - CEO Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Efficiently handle scheduling for multiple time zones, anticipate needs, and ensure accurate information sharing with quick responses to changes.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and adeptness in managing last-minute changes.
• Expense Management: Verify expenses and organize relevant receipts accordingly.
• Booking Assistance: Support with booking reservations and managing personal commitments.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing important events such as off-sites, team meetings, and board meetings.
• Address ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility to work during Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT) hours.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Maintain a positive and calm demeanor in all situations.
• Proficiency in managing various communication channels like Signal, Telegram, Slack, Email, etc.
• Willingness to travel, including on short notice for up to two weeks at a time.
• Innate curiosity, a drive to learn, and a genuine desire to assist others.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude toward tasks.
• Experience working with Google Suite tools.

Pay Transparency: The indicative annual salary range for this role falls between $60,000 to $80,000 for individuals working in the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
