About the Role: Junior UI/UX Designer
Join our team as a Junior UI/UX Designer at OpenMesh, where you will contribute to the design of decentralized applications (dApps) and UI products within the open data network. You will have the chance to be a part of the development of one of the world's first large-scale open data clouds and analytics engines. Openmesh is a global initiative that brings together talented individuals in the tech industry to create open data and infrastructure that will shape the future.
Responsibilities:
- Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to create innovative user interfaces for dApps and UI products in the Xnode ecosystem.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve UI/UX designs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs.
- Visual Prototyping: Create visual prototypes and design specifications for implementation by development teams.

📢 The Opportunity: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
We are seeking a technical co-founder or EIR to help bring a newly incubated venture infrastructure product to market. This is a 3-month remote contract role, ideal for builders with Web3 and AI experience who want to launch a company with hands-on support.
Iron Key has developed proprietary AI tools for internal workflows and is exploring opportunities to externalize these as software-based consulting services or standalone software products. As an EIR, you’ll play a critical role in shaping, launching, and scaling these innovations.
