KYC Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC due diligence assessments promptly and to a high standard.
• Proficient in compliance tools such as World Check, POA, EDD, etc.
• Good understanding of local laws, regulations, and upcoming virtual currency policies.
• Competence in performing risk assessments, periodic reviews, open-source research, and enhanced due diligence.
• Develop strong relationships with Compliance, Customer Service, and Operations departments.
• Engage in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other relevant topics.
• Undertake general administrative tasks and supporting activities as needed in alignment with company requirements.

Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions red flags is a plus.
• Preferably experienced in risk, compliance, fraud, operations, or regulatory roles.
• Previous exposure to World Check or KYC operations.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
• Clear and efficient communicator.
• Fluency in English for effective collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
