Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a key partner to the senior management team at our firm, overseeing operations in the LATAM region and actively contributing to our business expansion efforts.
• Take charge of local marketing endeavors, forming new partnerships, and organizing essential events.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to carry out activities aimed at enhancing our brand's visibility and market share in the local market.
• Engage with data analytics teams to make informed, data-driven decisions to achieve trading objectives.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, and government relations teams to support business operations in the region.
• Cultivate new relationships and actively participate in strategic initiatives that firmly establish our presence within the digital asset ecosystem in the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated experience in leading operations and marketing, possessing strong knowledge of growth strategies, and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Previous experience in overseeing growth and operations across multiple countries.
• Ability to inspire and motivate internal teams and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
• Strong interpersonal skills essential for effective communication and collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
