Key Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a collaborative Lead UX Designer dedicated to creating intuitive and user-centric experiences across our web properties. In this role, you will drive the design of a world-class website that resonates with diverse audiences by managing user journeys, information architecture, and wayfinding. Working alongside a team of designers, you will transform insights into impactful web experiences for Circle.
You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to conduct research, develop prototypes, and simplify complex concepts. Your contributions will directly shape Circle's website strategy and enhance engagement with our users.
Key Tasks Include:
- Crafting intuitive UX structures to enhance user experience through wire-framing, flowcharts, and prototypes.
- Iterating rapidly by mapping customer journeys and personas to provide enhancement suggestions for ongoing website projects.
- Conducting user research and experiments aligned with the website roadmap, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Facilitating customer discovery sessions, design thinking discussions, and mapping workshops to identify pain points and barriers.
- Reviewing and creating architecture-focused deliverables, and owning and improving UX processes within the team.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure measurable, trackable, and scalable design experiments and feature launches.
- Delivering work aligned with the roadmap and upholding quality standards consistently and with timely execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of UX experience in digital design or information architecture roles.
- Proven track record of building global web experiences across multiple devices.
- Proficiency in user research, sketching solutions, and wireframing.
- Strong ability to lead UX processes as the main architect on a team, with expertise in user flows and information architecture.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative thinking.
- Up-to-date on accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and follow-through consistency.
- Passion for mainstreaming Circle within the blockchain, crypto, and finance sectors.
- Familiarity with MacOS, GSuite, LucidChart, Figma, Google Analytics, Superset, Hubspot.
Additional Details:
- PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates is available from day one (US roles only).
- Compensation package considers various factors including experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- Starting Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 15%
