As a pivotal Content Designer, you play a crucial role in connecting our users with our products. Your skill in developing clear, concise, and precise content not only fosters trust with users but also simplifies complex product features into intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Engaging with key stakeholders across multiple departments such as Product Management, Design, Marketing, Research, Engineering, and Localization is integral to your role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Crafting user-friendly content in English and/or Simplified Chinese, encompassing UX copy, emails, notifications, release notes, and product documentation.
• Collaborating with global teams to maintain our brand voice and cultivate a compelling product narrative that aligns with our business goals.
• Contributing to content guidelines and glossaries to ensure consistent, friendly, and professional communication with our users.
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential project obstacles in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and optimal user experience.

Qualifications We Seek:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing or UX writing, with previous people management involvement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communication, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with proficient English writing capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various writing forms like UI copy, microcopy, and user educational content.
• Experience in creating style guides, content frameworks, and collaborating with diverse global teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on prompt issue resolution and enhancing user experience based on user needs and insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry.
• Proficiency in design and localization software.
• International experience crafting content for various geographical regions.
• Knowledge of written Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
