Marketing Content Producer
Seedworld Studios is an innovative UCG platform operating at the convergence of Web3, gaming, and community-focused content creation. We are in the process of constructing a cooperative metaverse where players, creators, and brands collaborate to shape digital economies and interactive storytelling.
We are seeking a Marketing Content Producer to spearhead the creation of high-quality, imaginative assets for marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and community interactions. In this dynamic role, a blend of production proficiency and creativity is required to ensure the delivery of captivating content to a diverse global audience.
Role Overview
The Marketing Content Producer will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to oversee the end-to-end production of campaign assets, spanning trailers, social media content, brand design materials, and community-generated content.
Responsibilities include serving as the liaison between creative implementation and production, guaranteeing that all marketing assets are in alignment with Seedworld's vision, resonate with our audience, and are delivered punctually and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the development, approval, and deployment of campaign assets, including trailers, key art, social content, and all marketing visuals and videos.
- Manage incoming art requests from various teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on all assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal creative teams, marketing, production, and external partners.
- Organize regular creative reviews with development teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and approvals.
- Assist with logistics coordination for art, game, and marketing assets.
- Ensure creative outputs align with Seedworld's strategic objectives in collaboration with department leads.
- Coordinate communication between departments concerning deadlines, assignments, and priorities on a daily and weekly basis.
- Curate, obtain permissions for, and maintain marketing store assets and copy across various digital stores.
- Provide ad hoc support for senior leadership requests for assets related to special events, investor meetings, or media coverage.
- Fulfill last-minute requests without compromising quality or timelines.
- Manage post-production vendors through tasks such as sourcing, bidding, and contractual processes.
- Collaborate on sourcing in-game assets with game producers and licensers, as well as manage compositions and usage rights with licensing teams.
Proven Experience:
- Demonstrated success in content production within game, creative studio, or digital media environments.
- Experience creating impactful marketing assets, particularly within the gaming or Web3 sectors.
- Proficiency in managing production workflows using platforms like Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Notion, or similar tools.
- Exceptional ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and juggle competing priorities.
- Capability to provide editorial feedback to align assets with brand vision and quality standards.
- Knowledge of gaming trends, NFT ecosystems, and Web3 content strategies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with content production workflows, localization processes, and post-production tools.
- Understanding of licensing, music usage, and legal review processes for digital assets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with adeptness at setting priorities and multitasking efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
