This position involves collaborating with the development team and strategic partners to enhance our community and manage impactful campaigns. Additionally, the successful candidate will engage with platform and investment partners to stay informed and educated, contributing to daily efforts to expand our community through targeted campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies to build, engage, and monetize a diverse audience within web3 and traditional gaming realms.
- Stay updated on web3, blockchain, and gaming trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Partner with IP collaborators to align brand efforts and optimize publishing initiatives.
- Execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users effectively.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and partnerships.
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with platform holders, investors, other web3 projects, and brand partners.
- Supervise content creation across all marketing platforms.
- Lead and grow a remote cross-functional marketing team.
- Manage the branding department, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and mentoring of staff.
- Implement standards for production, productivity, and quality within the brand department.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency marketing.

- Proficiency in cultivating and executing impactful strategic partnerships.
