About The Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Lead for the Asia region with a passion for web3 technology to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Lead, you will drive the development and execution of localized marketing strategies and tactics in the APAC market. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing tasks in the APAC Region, collaborating with global marketing leadership to prioritize initiatives, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead marketing strategies in the APAC Region in conjunction with regional and global marketing leads
• Manage multiple marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and prioritize tasks effectively
• Coordinate and oversee local events within the region
• Stay updated on market trends, conduct market research, gather user insights, and analyze competitors' activities to shape marketing strategies
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Assist with project logistics and operational tasks related to marketing initiatives

Expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or related fields
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and advertising
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with local media, marketing agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities to articulate and pitch ideas to various stakeholders
• Proficient in project management with the capacity to motivate teams and partners toward shared objectives
• Outstanding organizational skills and experience managing events
• Familiarity with web3 technology is required
• Excellent proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $100k to $175k USD. This range accounts for minimum and maximum salary targets for new hires in the Bay Area at varying experience levels. The final salary offer will be based on factors such as experience, location, and qualifications.
