About The Position

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $100k to $175k USD. This range accounts for minimum and maximum salary targets for new hires in the Bay Area at varying experience levels. The final salary offer will be based on factors such as experience, location, and qualifications.

Recruit, onboard, develop, and guide a skilled Site Operations team.
Manage the asset lifecycle, from site entry to equipment retirement.
Ensure operational budget compliance.
Implement ongoing Safety Training protocols for staff.
Plan and execute goal-setting strategies for Data Center performance.
Contribute to SOPs and EOPs development and maintenance.
Collaborate with the Product Development Team for automation integration.
Enforce performance metrics across all Data Center functions.
Coordinate prompt and accurate equipment repairs.
Facilitate staff training on job responsibilities.
About You:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining and infrastructure.
Proven project management skills.
