About the Role
We seek a driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing endeavors and enhance our brand presence in the crypto domain. As the Marketing Manager, you will conceptualize and implement strategic marketing campaigns that highlight our value proposition, engage our community, and stimulate the adoption of our offerings. Collaboration with Growth and Engineering teams, along with external partners, will be crucial to ensuring that our marketing strategies align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep-rooted experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies within the crypto space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to augment brand recognition and drive growth within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Direct and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media efforts, influencer collaborations, community involvement, and event planning, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder inclusion at every step.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to devise and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, events, and platform integrations.
- Curate, optimize, and oversee marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media initiatives to effectively captivate target audiences.
- Cultivate and nurture solid relationships within the NEAR ecosystem, aligning marketing efforts and fostering collaboration.
- Analyze and present reports on the performance of all marketing activities, leveraging data insights to facilitate continuous improvement and optimize impact.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to work effectively in this language.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in crypto marketing or similar roles, showcasing successful marketing ventures.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to steer go-to-market strategies and implement plans, fostering successful partnerships to achieve shared goals.
- Independent in approach, comfortable with autonomy and proactive decision-making.
- Profound understanding of the crypto ecosystem, encompassing blockchain tech, defi, and effective growth marketing tactics.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Highly motivated, creative, results-driven, and enthusiastic about cryptocurrencies and developer engagement.
