Job Responsibilities
- Assume complete ownership of regional marketing operations in Kyrgyzstan, spanning from devising business strategies to hands-on daily marketing execution.
- Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns tailored to resonate with the local culture and target audience.
- Secure sponsorship opportunities and independently oversee their execution.
- Develop and execute user growth campaigns that cover acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
- Foster community engagement by collaborating closely with Binance Angels and local partners.
- Coordinate and manage both offline and online events such as meetups, roadshows, and collaborations.
- Manage local marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and return on investment.
- Provide timely and detailed reports on campaign performance and maintain accountability.
- Work collaboratively with global and product marketing teams to localize campaigns for the Kyrgyz market.
Job Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in Web3, fintech, or agencies.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in campaign management, community building, or brand management.
- Fluency in both English and Kyrgyz is necessary for seamless communication with overseas partners and stakeholders, with knowledge of Russian being an additional advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Comfortable with taking full ownership of tasks and operating with a high level of accountability.
