As a KYC Quality Control Analyst at Anchorage Digital, you will be part of a team that continuously enhances a program based on industry advancements. This role is pivotal in ensuring that KYC due diligence is conducted promptly, promoting a favorable client experience while upholding quality standards in accordance with regulatory requirements present in Anchorage Digital’s BSA/AML Compliance Framework.

Technical Skills:
- Independently conduct client KYC Quality Control reviews according to established policies and procedures.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of institutional KYC requirements to effectively apply them to traditional and crypto-native client categories.

- Lead and take ownership of the entire process, identifying gaps and overcoming obstacles adeptly.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to comprehend prioritization and track progress.
- Provide effective challenges to KYC reviews in a timely manner.
Communication and Influence:
- Listen to and observe leadership, team members, and other villagers to understand how processes interconnect to support a broader organizational mission.
- Actively contribute and engage in discussions across teams, taking the initiative to collaborate with various departments.
Qualifications for Consideration:
- Previous experience carrying out quality control reviews or due diligence reviews for institutional client segments like Investment Managers, Funds, Money Service Businesses, Banks, Operating Companies, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to compile AML/Non-AML due diligence reports through thorough public research.
- Proficiency in cross-team project management and facilitation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to client-facing roles involving providing support and guidance either to clients or middle office teams.
Preferred, But Not Mandatory, Qualifications:
- Familiarity and understanding of crypto-native institutions.
- Passion for contributing to early-stage startups.
