Responsibilities

• Oversee the settlement process for digital assets, including coordination of settlements with counterparties
• Focus on operational risk management to ensure high accuracy in transactions that impact firm's PnL
• Collaborate with trading team to optimize inventory distribution across trading venues
• Manage trade lifecycle operations for various financial products
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of operational workflows
• Liaise across departments to address regulatory implications in different products
• Address ad hoc trade queries from both internal and external stakeholders

Hard Skills Requirements

• Hold a degree in business, finance, or quantitative fields
• Possess 3+ years of experience in trade operations within a high-volume financial services firm
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and proven track record in process improvement
• Strong interest in trading and eagerness to explore blockchain, crypto, and DeFi

Strong Preference to have

• Proficiency in databases, SQL, and Python scripting is advantageous
• Sound understanding of traditional financial instruments and Series 99 license preferred
• Professional experience in the crypto space is a plus
