Motion Designer

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will collaborate with our Senior Motion Designer to create captivating digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, stay updated on social and digital trends, and possess the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging digital content, including graphics, images, and videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance digital content quality and innovation.
• Optimize content for different digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Use 2D and/or 3D motion graphics to tell compelling stories that engage audiences on social media.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to develop concepts that align with project objectives.
• Create visually appealing content using AI tools to drive social exposure and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital design or with an agency background.
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
• Performance-driven mindset with experience in performance ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience creating content across various digital channels and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and knowledge of 3D motion graphics are advantageous.
• Understanding of fintech, crypto, and NFT spaces is beneficial.
