In this role, you will become a vital part of a global engineering team dedicated to developing enterprise-level integrations and document-centric workflows. You will engage in blending traditional API integration with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to automate data extraction and routing within crucial business systems.

Your responsibilities will involve crafting scalable integration solutions that link platforms like Salesforce, ERP systems, and databases to ensure secure and high-performance data flows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Create REST and SOAP APIs for real-time and batch integrations.
• Design RAML-based APIs adhering to API-led connectivity patterns.
• Execute data transformations using DataWeave.
• Develop integrations that support Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows.
• Construct end-to-end pipelines for document ingestion, classification, and data extraction.
• Route processed document data to downstream systems like Salesforce, ERPs, and databases.
• Implement validation, exception handling, audit logging, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop integrations for Salesforce using REST and Bulk APIs.
• Work with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases for ETL-style data processing.
• Integrating with enterprise platforms such as ERP and HR systems.
• Deploy Mule applications to CloudHub or on-premises environments.
• Manage API gateways, security policies, and rate limiting.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshooting performance issues and failures.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and data mappings.
• Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and mapping specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong experience in Mule 4 and DataWeave 2.0.
• Familiarity with RAML-based APIs and API-led architectures.
• Competence in building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Strong SQL skills: queries, joins, views, stored procedures.
• Experience in identity and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of secure integration practices (TLS, certificates, token management).
• Experience in constructing scalable and reliable integration solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with IFS Cloud or Workday APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, SOQL, and field mappings.
• Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka, JMS, AMQP.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD).
• Salesforce certifications.
