Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and friendly individual to lead the return-to-office efforts at our New York location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative and general office functions at the New York office.
  • Overseeing the efficient management of local vendors and contractors.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the company and building management to ensure facility needs are met.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Assistant on event planning, such as social events, external functions, and offsite retreats.
  • Collaborating with the HR/People Operations team on local perks and benefits programs.
  • Providing warm and hospitable greetings to visitors and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintaining compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the Legal team to assess risks and make informed decisions regarding employee health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Operations and Facilities experience.
  • Previous experience in people management for at least 2 years.
  • Proficient in workplace systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience working closely with property management teams.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and be on call when needed.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Capable of working independently while valuing teamwork.
  • Comfortable engaging with and influencing leadership decisions.
