Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Analyst for a three-month contract, who thrives on delivering impeccable work and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role centers on enhancing the customer experience, demanding attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer issues concerning Shakepay
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Shakepay's products and procedures to provide prompt and precise assistance
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer queries and guarantee their satisfaction
  • Communicate customer experience feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement
  • Support KYC (Know Your Customer) account verification processes
  • Review customer-submitted documents to facilitate account access restoration
  • Interact with customers compassionately and diligently
  • Address customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly
  • Engage with internal teams through Slack and Google Meet
  • Manage e-Transfers and oversee pending transactions
  • Execute necessary actions to ensure smooth crypto transactions
  • Identify and escalate unusual account activities to the appropriate teams
  • Support in resolving technical issues such as 2FA, Mailgun, Twilio

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in Customer Support or Operations roles
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Basic understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies
  • Passion for frequent use of the Shakepay platform
