The Operations Specialist role is based in our Dubai office. This position is part of a team that operates in shifts to ensure operational coverage for BitGo Trust Company. The individual in this role will manage high-volume, complex, and confidential trust operational activities in compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities of the role include the following:

Responsibilities:

• Support customer banking transactions
• Manage account openings and closures in the accounting system
• Process daily transactions and data entry
• Conduct system testing and improvements
• Maintain administration and operational support for all accounts under management
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to internal and external information requests
• Act as a proactive troubleshooter for account inquiries/issues
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the Management Team
