Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fund or security issuers on subscriptions, redemptions, and entitlement distribution.
  • Handle capital call processes in conjunction with fund or security issuers.
  • Coordinate with service providers or IRAS for withholding tax calculations and payments.
  • Monitor distribution payouts from underlying assets or funds closely.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and prepare reports for issuers and regulators.
  • Create and maintain issuer fee schedules, ensuring timely payments for security token issuances.
  • Manage promotional campaigns on ADDX's platform.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documenting operational processes.
  • Support various projects as needed.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance systems and improve processes to accommodate increased volume and meet new requirements.
