Responsibilities:
- Evaluate industry dynamics and competitive landscape related to blockchain products, design and execute operational strategies, facilitate product feature implementation, and optimize user experience.
- Analyze user behavior and on-chain data to identify user needs and market opportunities, drive product iteration and innovation.
- Create and implement growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion, thereby boosting user base and business metrics.
- Manage various marketing and community outreach activities across multiple channels, continually refining user growth strategies and operational efficiency.
- Supervise project lifecycle stages to ensure team meets project goals within set timelines, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient objective implementation.
- Monitor critical product and growth metrics like on-chain transaction volume, DAU, retention rate, and conversion rate, and generate regular data analysis reports.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Web3 experience and familiarity with finance or internet industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of on-chain transaction logic and user behaviors.
- Strong logical thinking, communication skills, proactive attitude, and quick learning capability.
- Responsible, self-driven, and possessing strong execution skills.
