Outside Sales Representative - San Antonio
Bitcoin Depot is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by actively seeking out potential clients, building relationships, and strategically selling our products. Your efforts will contribute to expanding our market presence and driving business success. This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with a target earning of $120K in the first year. It is important that you are located within driving distance of the San Antonio area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory.
- Be willing to travel extensively within your territory to meet with customers, often spending multiple hours driving each day.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products and services.
- Present in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Create personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients with the assistance of your manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using Salesforce.
- Represent the company's values as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Continuously improve your sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
- Expect travel to account for 50% or more of your time.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Be motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Have the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Show proficiency in identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Be familiar with our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Have an understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics.
- Be willing to adjust strategies based on client feedback and evolving business goals.
- Comfortably use CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Proficient in expanding a professional network through industry events and networking opportunities.
- Conduct business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Possess a genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
