The Challenge
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Partnerships Coordinator to work on a part-time retainer basis, dedicated to expanding Decentraland's network and influence through well-thought-out partnerships. This role involves establishing new relationships, managing a detailed CRM system of partners and case studies, and potentially coordinating in-person events and conferences to bolster these partnerships and increase brand visibility.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
This role is part-time and fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Scout for new partnership opportunities that resonate with Decentraland's vision.
- Maintain and update a CRM system for efficient partner relationship management.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of in-person events and conferences to promote Decentraland and its partnerships.
- Collaborate with various teams to seamlessly integrate partnerships within the Decentraland ecosystem.
- Finalize partnership agreements focusing on mutual growth and success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to shape effective partnership strategies.
- Nurture existing partnerships, seeking opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Collaborate with Marketing to showcase and promote successful partnerships.
- Represent Decentraland at industry events to network with potential collaborators.
- Support partners by providing guidance, technical support, and effective communication.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Decentraland verified studios.
- Collaborate with the Data team to deliver partner campaign reports and case studies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of partnership management with large brands and/or agencies.
- Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Proficiency in collaboration and reporting tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social virtual worlds market trends.
- Familiarity with web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Decentraland and its partnership landscape.
- Proactive work approach.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in Gaming or Technologies industries.
- Existing relationships with web3 companies.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
