Partnerships Manager
As a Growth Partnerships Manager, your main responsibility will be to enhance and manage our network of affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in your region. You will lead strategic partnerships, roll out new partnership initiatives, and explore growth opportunities in line with our global objectives.
Reporting to the Global VP for Growth Partnerships, you will have the autonomy to drive growth in your region while aligning with the strategic growth plan provided. Your focus will be on achieving and surpassing both regional and global partnership targets by implementing growth strategies that deliver measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
1. Regional Partnerships Growth and Initiatives:
- Create and execute customized partnerships initiatives to drive growth across various product areas, aligning them with global goals.
- Formulate and implement partnership strategies and initiatives that extend beyond your region.
2. Hands-On Partnership Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for partnership matters in your region, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
- Collaborate with external agency partners to develop, deploy, and optimize content and marketing campaigns efficiently.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Team up with Brand, Product, Legal, and Analytics teams to integrate partnerships seamlessly into various workstreams.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding regional partnerships, prioritizing projects and addressing issues promptly.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Utilize tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics to track partnership performance, assess against KPIs, and derive insights to enhance partnership strategies.
- Generate actionable reports for stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and continuous enhancement.
5. Staying Ahead of Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and engage with partners to maintain a competitive and innovative partnerships approach.
Requirements
- Proficiency in impact management tools or equivalent platforms is necessary.
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated track record of growing marketing partnership programs and achieving KPI growth through strategic initiatives.
- Preferably, previous experience in sports products, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data for effective resolutions.
- Proactive and decisive with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects simultaneously.
- Capability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in professional written and verbal English.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing and making financial products accessible to all.
