Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with merchants and PSP partners throughout the integration lifecycle, encompassing solution design, API integration, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.

• Lead technical dialogues with merchant product and engineering teams to devise optimal integration strategies utilizing Binance payment solutions.

• Serve as the key intermediary between merchants, product managers, and engineering teams to facilitate effective communication and swift issue resolution.

• Provide hands-on assistance during merchant integrations, aiding in troubleshooting technical obstacles and ensuring a high success rate for integrations.

• Educate merchants on best practices for integration, API utilization, and ideal payment processes for web and mobile environments.

• Assist merchants in crafting efficient checkout experiences and payment UI/UX to enhance end-user conversion rates and payment success.

• Conduct integration testing with merchants and internal departments to validate payment processes and guarantee preparedness for launch.

• Analyze merchant feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing Binance payment products and integration tools.

• Collaborate with product teams to bridge functionality gaps and suggest improvements to enhance the merchant integration experience.

• Regularly engage with merchants to comprehend their requirements, gather insights, and aid in optimizing their payment integrations over time.

Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in payment integrations, fintech, or roles involving technical interactions with merchants.

• Demonstrated experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or merchant payment solutions.

• Proficient in REST APIs and integration workflows.

• Capable of interacting directly with merchant product or engineering teams to facilitate technical integrations.

• Excellent communication skills essential for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, and business domains.

• Knowledge of web or mobile technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, Java, Python, etc., is advantageous.

• Familiarity with crypto or Web3 payment infrastructure is viewed as a strong asset.
