Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with merchants and PSP partners throughout the integration lifecycle, encompassing solution design, API integration, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
Lead technical dialogues with merchant product and engineering teams to devise optimal integration strategies utilizing Binance payment solutions.
Serve as the key intermediary between merchants, product managers, and engineering teams to facilitate effective communication and swift issue resolution.
Provide hands-on assistance during merchant integrations, aiding in troubleshooting technical obstacles and ensuring a high success rate for integrations.
Educate merchants on best practices for integration, API utilization, and ideal payment processes for web and mobile environments.
Assist merchants in crafting efficient checkout experiences and payment UI/UX to enhance end-user conversion rates and payment success.
Conduct integration testing with merchants and internal departments to validate payment processes and guarantee preparedness for launch.
Analyze merchant feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing Binance payment products and integration tools.
Collaborate with product teams to bridge functionality gaps and suggest improvements to enhance the merchant integration experience.
Regularly engage with merchants to comprehend their requirements, gather insights, and aid in optimizing their payment integrations over time.
Requirements
Possess 5+ years of experience in payment integrations, fintech, or roles involving technical interactions with merchants.
Demonstrated experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or merchant payment solutions.
Proficient in REST APIs and integration workflows.
Capable of interacting directly with merchant product or engineering teams to facilitate technical integrations.
Excellent communication skills essential for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, and business domains.
Knowledge of web or mobile technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, Java, Python, etc., is advantageous.

Senior Rust Developer
We're looking for a Senior Rust Developer to join our core engineering team and own the systems that sit closest to the market. This means low-latency order execution engines, high-throughput market data pipelines, real-time streaming infrastructure, and integrations with both centralized and decentralized exchanges. Every millisecond and every line of code matters here, and you'll be the person making sure it all holds up under pressure. This is not a role for someone who wants to write Rust adjacent to trading. You'll be building the backbone of live production systems where correctness, safety, and raw performance have direct P&L consequences. Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency trading systems in Rust

Our long-term goal is to provide everyone with the tools to use crypto as real "digital money" daily — without needing to register for additional services or log into a web platform.
We are now actively building a new product: the Bitrefill crypto card for paying for goods and services in everyday life.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior DS/ML Engineer to help us make data-driven decisions across fraud detection, Lightning Network liquidity optimization, user behavior modeling, and risk scoring for the crypto card.
You won't just build models — you'll help shape the ML infrastructure of a fast-growing crypto-payments startup.
What You'll Do
Fraud & Risk ML — Develop anomaly detection models, transaction scoring for withdrawals, and real-time predictive rules to flag suspicious activity.
Lightning Network optimization — Build models to optimize payment routing, channel liquidity management, and predict channel health.
Crypto card infrastructure — Create credit risk models and user scoring for card issuance without traditional credit history.
LTV & churn prediction — Forecast user behavior to improve retention and conversion, especially in low-crypto-adoption countries.
