Key Responsibilities
Address queries and concerns from Decentraland's player and creator community through various communication channels such as chat, email, and social media.
Moderate content across social media platforms.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Propose enhancements to the support team's knowledge base and operational processes.
Provide feedback to support team management based on player and creator sentiments.
Deliver exceptional service aligned with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support protocols.
Actively engage with players to boost user retention levels.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of Decentraland's platform, tools, and resources.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years of support experience.
Proficient in the Web 3/Blockchain sector.
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
Proficiency in computer troubleshooting and technical knowledge.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Open to working rotating shifts, encompassing Monday to Sunday on a 24/7 basis.
