Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager
A prominent global digital asset platform is in search of a talented Predictions and Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager to be responsible for managing and expanding the company's liquidity ecosystem involving spot, derivatives, prediction markets, and real-world asset (RWA) products. This role entails building and fostering relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, and strategic partners in major regions worldwide.
The primary focus will be on enhancing existing partnerships, enlarging the liquidity provider network, and ensuring top-tier execution quality across the full product range — from conventional crypto pairs to emerging segments like tokenized RWAs and event-based prediction contracts. This position requires a mix of strategic planning and practical implementation at the crossover of business development, trading infrastructure, and institutional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Liquidity Provider and Market Maker Management
- Manage the entire lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships, from identification and onboarding to ongoing enhancement across all product areas.
- Negotiate terms, fee structures, and service level agreements with leading market makers, OTC desks, algorithmic trading firms, and RWA liquidity providers.
- Oversee liquidity quality metrics analysis (spread, depth, fill rates) across various products and collaborate with providers to enhance execution performance continually.
- Identify and recruit expert liquidity providers for prediction markets and tokenized RWA products, building a new institutional flow category on the platform.
Predictions and RWA Liquidity Development
- Spearhead the liquidity strategy for the prediction markets product, forming market-making relationships, specifying spread and depth requirements, and onboarding event-contract specialists.
- Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with tokenized asset issuers, broker-dealers, and institutional participants in on-chain equities, fixed income securities, and commodity-backed tokens.
- Collaborate with Product and Trading teams to define liquidity needs for new RWAs and prediction market listings, ensuring robust order books from launch.
- Act as an internal expert on prediction market microstructure and RWA trading dynamics, advising leadership on partnership strategies and market expansion.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy in alignment with business growth targets and product roadmap, focusing on expansion into prediction markets and RWA trading.
- Establish and achieve quarterly and annual revenue, volume, and spread objectives linked to liquidity provider activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with various teams like Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding, API integration, and compliance across all products.
- Advocate for platform improvements and attract premier flow by engaging with liquidity providers. Collaborate with Institutional Sales and OTC teams to offer a unified client experience.
Market Intelligence and Industry Engagement
- Stay updated on global market microstructure, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in centralized and decentralized venues, with a particular emphasis on emerging prediction market platforms and RWA issuance ecosystems.
- Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and expand the liquidity provider network.
Requirements
- Experience of 3–8 years in client coverage, sales trading, institutional sales, or market-maker relationship management at relevant financial institutions or crypto trading venues.
- Expertise in at least two of the following: spot, derivatives, prediction/event contracts, RWAs, or tokenized products.
- Strong knowledge of traditional financial frameworks and offshore crypto venues.
- Previous experience managing client transactions and post-trade processes.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high demands for responsiveness.
Salary
$100,000 - $150,000 per year
