The Prime team at BitGo operates as a high-performing group supporting institutional trading, lending, and borrowing clients in collaboration with Trust custody, compliance, sales, finance, and accounting teams. Comprising skilled professionals with backgrounds in traditional and crypto-finance, the team is dedicated to streamlining operational services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade and settlement workflows, including trade entry, asset transfers, reporting, and reconciliation for BitGo Prime.
  • Collaborate with the business team to ensure optimum funding levels across various trading venues.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational inquiries related to trading or financing.
  • Drive process enhancements, identify gaps, propose improvements, and automate tasks.
  • Support testing activities for system upgrades.
  • Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Sales and Client Services team in onboarding new counterparties.
  • Identify operational risks, implement control measures, and document policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the product/engineering team to enhance services.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers, and third-party entities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, and ongoing projects in the digital asset industry.

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with macro programming is beneficial.
  • Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Transparency Note: Depending on your level and location, the typical compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 USD base salary, including equity, a performance bonus, and specified benefits.
