Your Responsibilities:
Circle seeks a Principal Product Manager to take charge of usdc.com, collaborating cross-functionally to spearhead key initiatives enhancing user traffic and engagement on our recently launched website. This role prioritizes boosting traffic, engagement, and awareness among end users, working collaboratively to ensure the website serves as a central hub for user interaction related to USDC. As a crucial strategic leader, you will engage extensively with stakeholders across the organization to grasp market dynamics, global trends, and customer needs, ultimately spearheading a growth strategy and executing pivotal initiatives. This involves setting a product vision, aligning with key stakeholders, and prioritizing efforts with a focus on maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute the product vision, features, and roadmap for usdc.com to drive user engagement and awareness.
- Work closely with various teams at Circle to address end-user pain points, discuss new product concepts, communicate product strategy, gain alignment, and facilitate progress.
- Formulate a compelling product vision, secure cross-functional alignment, and prioritize initiatives for optimal impact.
- Gain insights into market dynamics, customer needs, and global trends to shape product decisions and strategy.
- Identify business risks and devise mitigation strategies while overseeing multiple concurrent projects and engineering iterations to ensure timely feature releases.
Requirements:
As Principal Product Manager:
- More than 10 years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching and scaling products for significant user adoption and growth.
- Proficiency in product strategy for complex products, inclusive of risk identification and management.
- Experience mentoring other product managers and influencing partners and executives to drive results.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing consumer-facing online products and websites, including feature development, user experience enhancement, and traffic generation.
- Proficient in data analysis, utilizing analytics to track website performance, identify trends, and guide product decisions.
- Collaborative experience with design and engineering teams to ensure optimal product outcomes align with UX principles.
- Track record of leading complex product initiatives to fruition, sustaining and expanding revenue-generating products.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, executives, architects, and developers.
- Proven experience operating in a fully remote work environment across multiple time-zones, familiar with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.-
- Enthusiasm for building fintech products in web3.
