Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a Product Compliance Analyst to collaborate with various teams to support product expansion and maintain compliance standards. In this role, you will work within the Product Compliance team under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Product Compliance.
Tasks Include:
- Evaluating proposed product expansions and changes, such as international ventures and partner integrations.
- Establishing a standardized risk assessment approach for products and blockchain initiatives in alignment with enterprise risk policies.
- Documenting product and blockchain-related risks.
- Researching international regulations impacting Circle's expansion strategies, traditional finance, and digital assets.
- Providing insights for business and compliance decisions concerning Products and Compliance.
- Engaging in Compliance and Product meetings, industry conferences, and collaborations with partners to advance compliance-oriented solutions.
- Conducting research, analysis, and reporting on various blockchain technologies concerning regulatory updates and industry trends.

Qualifications:
