Responsibilities:

Circle is seeking a Product Compliance Analyst to collaborate with various teams to support product expansion and maintain compliance standards. In this role, you will work within the Product Compliance team under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Product Compliance.

Tasks Include:

• Evaluating proposed product expansions and changes, such as international ventures and partner integrations.
• Establishing a standardized risk assessment approach for products and blockchain initiatives in alignment with enterprise risk policies.
• Documenting product and blockchain-related risks.
• Researching international regulations impacting Circle's expansion strategies, traditional finance, and digital assets.
• Providing insights for business and compliance decisions concerning Products and Compliance.
• Engaging in Compliance and Product meetings, industry conferences, and collaborations with partners to advance compliance-oriented solutions.
• Conducting research, analysis, and reporting on various blockchain technologies concerning regulatory updates and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 2+ years in Fintech, risk, compliance, or blockchain roles.
• Proficiency in virtual assets, blockchain, and emerging web3 technologies.
• Understanding of global financial regulatory compliance in relation to virtual assets/blockchain.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in technical writing.
• Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Details:

• Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship.
• Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
• Compensation Package: Base Pay Range $81,000 - $109,000, Annual Bonus Target 10%, Equity, and Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), flexible vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
