Product Control Associate - Digital Assets

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Control Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily and monthly financial reporting activities for the digital asset trading desk. Collaboration with various teams such as Operations, Traders, Finance, and Treasury will be essential to ensure data accuracy, manage profit and loss (P&L), and enhance financial controls. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong finance background to gain practical experience in the cryptocurrency industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain data integrity for crypto transactions by validating, reconciling, pricing, and uploading data into the crypto accounting system.
• Handle adjustments for investments, airdrops, and OTC securities accurately.
• Generate and analyze daily P&L reports, investigate discrepancies, seek approvals, and present reports to stakeholders.
• Review new trades, products, and wallets to ensure precise labelling and data integration into the backend system.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Product Control, or Operations.
• Preferably, prior experience with crypto, digital assets, or Cryptio.
• Knowledge of Python coding would be beneficial.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Self-discipline with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated project experience showcasing initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with crypto tools are advantageous.
• Effective communication skills for efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams.
