As a Product Coordinator within the Product team, you will play a crucial role as a business partner for stakeholder groups. Collaborating with various business units, you will focus on understanding operational processes, documenting requirements, and supporting product launch activities. Your duties will involve creating and updating product documentation, establishing Acceptance Criteria, ensuring feature alignment with requirements, and fostering communication across teams and stakeholders.

Operating under the guidance of the Product Coordination Manager and closely with other Coordinators, this position is ideal for a Junior to Mid-level professional seeking growth opportunities within the product domain. You will have the advantage of mentorship from Senior Product Managers and business stakeholders.

Your role with us:

In this capacity, you will provide support to the Product Management team through the collection and analysis of feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market. You will collaborate with Product Managers on project management tasks, such as defining requirements, managing timelines, and coordinating project deliverables.

Your role as a Product Coordinator (Commercial) will involve close collaboration with the Commercial team. Responsible for enticing customers with premium offers, the Commercial team manages CRM and social strategies for personalized and incentivized experiences. You will oversee requirements pertaining to third-party marketing email providers, liaise with the social team for design briefings, and work with Product Managers to develop ideas and tickets aimed at enhancing the platform.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a business partner, advocating for feature requirements across business units.
  • Engage in quality assurance procedures to ensure that products meet customer expectations and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Aid the Product Management team by gathering requirements, writing BAU tickets, creating Idea Canvases, and managing project efforts.
  • Assist in creating and updating product documentation, working closely with business functions and supporting product launch initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, usage, and success criteria, disseminating reports as necessary.
  • Foster clear communication across teams and stakeholders to align on product objectives, timelines, and progress.

What you will bring:

  • Proficiency in task management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for task management and collaboration.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders during project lifecycles to incorporate feedback and ensure project success.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
  • Prior experience in product coordination, project/account management, or related roles within a product development environment or agency.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Fundamental understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) concepts.
  • Proficiency in process modeling, business case creation as a business analyst.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) processes, including Acceptance Criteria creation and feature testing pre-launch.
  • Sports and Gambling industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • Cryptocurrency familiarity is a plus.
