  • Collaborate across functions to test, implement, and optimize player-facing features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Product Designer in consumer-facing tech or gaming products.
  • Proven expertise in 0–1 projects and designing from the ground up.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, animation, and motion design.
  • Strong background in data-driven design and interpreting player metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in growth design for optimizing business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of behavioral design and game mechanics for driving engagement.
  • Comfortable working in lean, high-paced environments with a focus on iteration and deployment.
  • Well-demonstrated impact of metrics through design experiments.
  • Ability to operationalize AI in design processes and a strong grasp of product thinking, especially in complex ecosystems like Web3.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in gaming or a keen interest in web3.
