In the capacity of Ledger Enterprise Product Director, you will occupy a pivotal role in steering the future direction of our institutional crypto custody solutions. Your responsibilities will entail leading a skilled team of product managers and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to formulate and implement our product strategy. This position demands strategic thinking, profound knowledge of the crypto sector, and a dedication to delivering exceptional solutions.
Your tasks will include:
- Crafting and executing the product vision and strategy in line with the company's broader objectives and market trends.
- Managing the product management team, offering guidance, mentorship, and encouragement to cultivate a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Conducting market research and analysis to recognize customer requirements, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Defining product specifications, features, and user stories based on market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory mandates.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, compliance, and other teams to produce top-quality products within set timelines and budgets.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge product performance and making iterative adjustments based on data-driven inputs.
- Staying updated on industry advancements, shifts in regulations, and technological progress to anticipate opportunities and hurdles.
- Advocating a customer-centric approach to ensure that our products address the distinct needs and pain points of institutional clients.
- Coordinating closely with Marketing, Communication, and Customer Service teams for effective product rollouts
Key qualifications include:
- Proven record of accomplishments in product management roles, preferably within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
- Thorough understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and institutional custody solutions.
- Experience with enterprise crypto security and governance mechanisms.
- Proficiency in RestAPI and its applications in the cryptocurrency field.
- Familiarity with the general structure of Enterprise/SaaS crypto wallet solutions.
- Profound knowledge of trading concepts such as trading lifecycle, collateral management, order and execution management, SoR, post-trade/net settlement.
- Extensive grasp of best practices in enterprise security.
- Strong interest and familiarity with cryptographic principles.
- Positive outlook, tackling challenges with optimism, finding solutions, and driving outcomes.
- Demonstrated interest in enhancing existing products and launching new ones to meet market demands
