  • About the Opportunity

As a part of our team, your role will involve utilizing data to improve the onboarding process, focusing on sign up/login procedures, KYC compliance, and fiat & crypto on-ramp features for our platform at OKX. Collaborating closely with product teams, you will identify requirements, develop solutions, and gather insights. To excel in this position, you should possess strong data management skills, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with data analysts and product managers to create scalable data systems and analytical models for user onboarding processes, contributing to product and strategic enhancements.

  • Partner with other product teams to deliver holistic solutions.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to aid decision-making across product development and design.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of the onboarding product, using data mining techniques to derive actionable insights for product refinement.

  • Establish key metrics, identify enhancement opportunities, and design and interpret AB tests to optimize product features.

  • Requirements:

  • Solid background in user experience and user growth, with a firm grasp of logical and systematic growth principles.
