Product Engineer (Account Abstraction)

Role Overview:

As part of the Customer Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive user experience for Alchemy's customers, helping them derive maximum value from our platform. This involves managing customer relationships from on-boarding through ongoing support, while actively incorporating customer insights into our product development process.

Specifically, you will collaborate with the Account Abstraction and Wallet Services team to provide technical product support, enhance customer support capabilities, and influence product decisions based on user feedback. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical aptitude who can bridge different business functions while prioritizing customer success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in software development
• Technical degree holder
• Proficiency in Account Abstraction/Wallet Services
• Strong analytic capabilities
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for client performance evaluation
• Passion for technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
• Previous blockchain experience desirable
• Entrepreneurial or startup background is advantageous

Alchemy offers competitive compensation, including base salary and equity, as well as diverse benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, and unlimited PTO. The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $300,000 annually, reflecting various factors like experience, qualifications, and business requirements.
