Crypto.com is dedicated to advancing the global adoption of cryptocurrency. We are expanding our Exchange App and seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to drive our market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to enhance worldwide user growth and engagement.
This role revolves around product collaboration, data analysis, and creative execution, making it ideal for a strategic marketer who excels in dynamic, high-responsibility settings. You will closely collaborate with product managers and growth teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user segments and geographic regions based on feature rollouts, growth campaigns, and user insights.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning
- Devise and own the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical in partnership with product and strategy teams.
- Create narratives and campaigns to differentiate our platform in the competitive global market.
- Define user personas and tailored journeys in alignment with data, analytics, and product teams.
- Lead in creative/copy positioning for impactful and localized campaigns.
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loop integration.
- Launch Execution
- Collaborate with the product team to plan go-to-market strategies for feature launches.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-driven in partnership with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Adapt messaging for regional rollouts in coordination with local market teams.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams for prioritization and positioning.
- Growth & Retention
- Design lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Devise promotions and incentive programs to increase engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel for reporting and collaborate with analytics and product teams for quick iterations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the crypto or financial industry.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C products or platforms.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Highly collaborative and experienced in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus.
