Description
Crypto.com is looking for a Growth Marketing Hacker to join their team and contribute to the acceleration of the world's transition to cryptocurrency. This role will involve developing and implementing growth strategies, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to drive user engagement and global expansion of the Exchange App. The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketer experienced in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to develop a growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Create compelling stories and campaigns to set the platform apart in a competitive market.
- Define user personas and tailored journeys in collaboration with data, analytics, and product teams.
- Lead creative positioning and brief submission for impactful campaigns, working closely with growth teams.
- Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and incorporate customer feedback.
- Launch Execution:
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in partnership with the product team.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for successful execution.
- Ensure timely, scalable, and data-driven campaigns in collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts in coordination with local market teams.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather user insights through interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share findings with product and growth teams to influence prioritization and positioning.
- Growth & Retention:
- Develop lifecycle programs to enhance user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Create promotions and incentive programs to drive engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Define KPIs related to funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact in partnership with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel for reporting and iterate quickly based on analytics insights.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in crypto or financial sectors.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C products/platforms to drive sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas and convert them into compelling stories.
- Highly collaborative team player with a bias for action and experience in cross-functional environments.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus.
