Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to pinpoint new business prospects for expanding the user base, reaching new user demographics, and diversifying revenue streams
- Identify and capitalize on growth avenues such as referral programs, content marketing, social media outreach, email marketing campaigns, and partnership opportunities
- Act as the product owner, collaborating with various teams (Product, Data, Marketing, Country Teams) to execute business strategies and introduce new growth initiatives
- Proactively monitor and evaluate key metrics to assess the efficacy of growth strategies and identify areas for enhancements
- Develop innovative trading, execution, and analytics strategies tailored to the market and user needs to expand product offerings, enhancing retail conversion
- Remain updated on emerging trends, competitor activities, community feedback, and exchange product advancements, growth hacking, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably within IT companies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, particularly in a Growth or Product capacity
- Proven track record of involvement in major product launches or growth initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adjust to shifting priorities
- Background or knowledge in crypto or finance is advantageous
