Description
Our Product Management team spearheads product initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, shaping and launching products/features worldwide. We work closely with diverse teams to deliver standout features and products.
As part of the team, you will oversee the complete management of Crypto.com's card products. Your role entails close collaboration with various departments to ensure the success of card products, driving revenue growth in the process.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the launch of card products in new markets, including navigating stakeholder management and adhering to local regulations
- Develop realistic timelines and deliver products to market
- Manage and enhance relationships with key partners/vendors to ensure optimal terms for Crypto.com
- Understand the product thoroughly and drive enhancements to boost market reach, usage, and profitability
- Lead project teams spanning regions and functions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in crypto and financial sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Over 4 years of product management experience, ideally in the financial services sector focusing on card products
- Profound knowledge of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends
- Demonstrated history of successfully launching and managing card products, resulting in revenue growth
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with agile product development methodologies is beneficial
