Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete delivery and evolution of DeFi data capabilities within the Web3 wallet, taking charge of requirement definition, execution, and release independently
- Stay updated on DeFi trends, protocols, and competitors, maintain the protocol integration roadmap, conduct value assessments, and set priorities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery for protocol integrations and multi-chain expansion, define priorities and scope, ensure alignment of data definitions and acceptance criteria, and drive integration up to launch
- Promote the adoption of shared data capabilities across teams, document data definitions and onboarding standards, and ensure integration quality meets standards
- Establish user feedback mechanisms and a metrics framework to track protocol coverage, data accuracy, and stability, continuously improving user experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management; Knowledge in blockchain, DeFi, or fintech products is advantageous
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocol mechanics, systematic knowledge of AMMs, lending, LSD/LRT, and staking, and the ability to apply them to metric definition and product design
- Familiarity with on-chain data and definitions, including transaction structures, contract calls, and event logs, and identification of key field differences at the protocol level
- Solid data product mindset, collaboration with engineering teams, and ability to align solutions, drive delivery, and ensure closure through review
- Excellent execution and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams, breaking down milestones, identifying dependencies and risks, adhering to timelines; Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for international collaboration
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and quality, driving practical implementation of AI, and continuously iterating for optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL or data querying tools for independent validation, analysis, and communication of insights
- Hands-on experience with Web3 on-chain activities, understanding of swaps, staking, providing liquidity, and capability to verify on-chain actions and reproduce issues independently
- Experience with analytics platforms like Sensors Data or DataWind and familiarity with A/B testing processes and evaluation methods
