Product Manager - HeightZero

BitGo is a prominent figure in digital asset financial services, catering to institutional investors with liquidity, custody, and security solutions. HeightZero is a sophisticated technology platform that enables financial institutions to invest in digital assets on behalf of their client base. HeightZero also offers comprehensive token management services to foundations and emerging digital assets, including staking, vesting schedules, and various other related services. Currently, we are actively seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with the HeightZero team, oversee development projects, and manage diverse priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a team of engineers and various cross-functional stakeholders to develop HeightZero's features tailored for financial institutions and foundations.

• Assist in the execution of the HeightZero roadmap while remaining adaptable to shifting project requirements.

• Take ownership of defining the roadmap, strategy, and execution for your designated area of responsibility.

• Understand the team's objectives, identify key success metrics, and establish processes to gauge progress towards achieving HeightZero's objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management involving cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven expertise in defining product vision and strategy, with a track record of successfully launching products to market.

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.

• Versatile, proactive attitude with the ability to handle various tasks efficiently, whether it involves design work, quality assurance planning, or addressing client concerns.

• Proficient in driving team efficiency in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Detail-oriented mindset with an acute awareness of timelines to ensure timely product delivery.

• Passion for advancing digital assets within the global economy.

• Experience within Fintech, Traditional Finance (Tradfi), or Blockchain environments is advantageous.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your role level and location, the compensation for this position typically ranges between $120,000 - $190,000 USD annually. Additionally, equity, an annual performance bonus, and the aforementioned benefits package are included as part of the role.
